Mix:1 pound ground beef or turkey
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 – 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. air dried sea salt
Put in 9×5 inch oven-safe baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Remove and spread with topping:
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
Return to oven for 20 minutes until done
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
Quick cooking directions for microwave.
Microwave at 80% power for 10 minutes.
Remove and add the topping.
Return to microwave and continue
cooking at 80% power for another 9 minutes.
